Shipping Policy
Order processing. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times (United Kingdom). Estimated delivery is 7–9 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; they may vary during sale periods or public holidays.
Shipping cost. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking. Once dispatched, you can track your parcel using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Delays. Occasionally, delivery may take longer than estimated due to carrier or customs delays. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate, contact us at support@noli-shop.com and we'll help.
Wrong address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
